COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading hospitality group in the United States seeking a Vice President of Finance to join the leadership team and build the financial foundation for ambitious growth.

You will partner with the Founder and senior leadership to shape strategy, drive expansion plans, and implement systems, reporting, and controls that scale with new locations across the US. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in multi-unit hospitality or related sector.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience guiding growth and expansion in high-growth businesses.
• Hands-on leader able to work with founders and operators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance across US operations including accounting, planning, reporting, cash management, and compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth opportunities and long-term strategy.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform decisions.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor performance across locations.
• Improve profitability through cost controls and operational insights.

We are working with an exciting hospitality group that is entering a major growth phase across the United States. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Vice President of Finance to join the leadership team and help build the financial foundation for the next chapter of growth.

This is more than a traditional finance role. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the Founder and senior leadership team, helping shape strategy, support expansion plans, and create the systems, processes, and reporting needed to scale successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit hospitality, restaurants, or consumer-facing businesses and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where they can make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall finance function across the US business, including accounting, financial planning, reporting, cash management, and compliance
• Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives, expansion opportunities, and long-term business strategy
• Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support informed decision-making
• Develop reporting and KPI dashboards that provide visibility into business performance
• Help improve profitability through cost controls, operational analysis, and financial insights
• Oversee financial systems and processes, helping the business scale efficiently as new locations open
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

About You

• Proven senior finance leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another multi-unit environment
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis
• Experience supporting high-growth businesses through periods of expansion and change
• Able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing teams
• Comfortable working closely with founders, operators, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems, financial technology, and process improvement initiatives
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
