Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a seasoned VP of Engineering to lead and scale our global engineering organization. You will own the technology vision and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI products, driving architecture, teams, and delivery across the company.

You will oversee AI/GenAI systems, distributed architectures, and cloud infrastructure while partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to accelerate value for enterprises. A track record in high-growth SaaS or AI companies is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and microservices.
• Experience building AI/GenAI systems, LLMs, NLP, and search platforms.
• Track record delivering enterprise-grade products at scale.

• Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams.
• Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP, agentic systems).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering.
