The Connors Group is seeking an executive to lead global compliance within the apparel sector, with a focus on kidswear experience preferred. The role is based in Midtown Manhattan and requires hands-on leadership of the compliance, safety, and social responsibility teams across the supply chain.

You will report directly to the C-Level team and coordinate audits, testing and remediation across premier retailers including Walmart, Disney, Target and Amazon.

Qualificações

• Proven track record managing compliance with major retail partners.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Understanding of testing and social compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team overseeing compliance, product safety, factory audits, testing and social compliance.
• Report to C-level executives and drive KPI-based improvements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements of Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon, Costco and others.
• Identify risks and drive supplier performance improvements.

Our client is a global wholesale leader in Children's Apparel.

Reporting directly to the C-Level team, you will be responsible as this hands-on executive to lead the team responsible for overseeing compliance, product safety, factory audits, testing, and social compliance across a global supply chain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong Apparel background (preferably Kidswear).

Key to success is experience managing compliance with major retail partners including Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Aldi, and major department stores

Midtown Manhattan, on-site 4-5 days/week.
