Job summary

The Connors Group client, a wholesale leader in Children's Apparel, seeks a hands-on executive to lead the team responsible for overseeing compliance, product safety, factory audits, testing and social compliance across a global supply chain.

The ideal candidate must have deep experience in Children's Apparel / Kidswear and a proven ability to manage compliance with Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Aldi, and other major retailers.

Qualifications

• Seasoned executive with deep experience in children's apparel/regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record with major retailers (Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Aldi and department stores).
• Experience overseeing product safety, factory audits, testing and social compliance across a global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team overseeing compliance across global supplier network.
• Manage audits, testing, supplier-social compliance programs and corrective actions.
• Report to C-Level executives and drive continuous improvement across policies and practices.

Job description

Our client is a wholesale leader in Children's Apparel globally.

Reporting directly to the C-Level team, you will be responsible as this hands-on executive to lead the team responsible for overseeing compliance, product safety, factory audits, testing, and social compliance across a global supply chain.

The ideal candidate must have a deep experience in Children's Apparel / Kidswear

Key to success is experience managing compliance with major retail partners including Walmart, Disney, Target, Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Aldi, and major department stores

Midtown Manhattan, on-site 4-5 days/week. Very strong compensation package !
