Blayze Group is partnering with a growing real estate investment firm to appoint a Vice President of Capital Raising. This senior, hands-on producer role centers on personally raising capital from accredited and high-net-worth investors while also guiding sales leadership and scaling the platform.

Qualifications

  • Active FINRA Series 7 registration strongly preferred.
  • Series 7 within the past 5 years will be considered.
  • Series 63 preferred, though candidates able to obtain it promptly will be considered.
  • Proven personal track record of raising meaningful investor capital.
  • Experience with real estate investments, private placements, alternative investments or securities.
  • Established relationships with accredited investors, HNWIs and/or investment professionals.
  • Strong presentation, relationship-development and closing skills.
  • Experience managing a disciplined investor pipeline through a CRM.
  • Good understanding of compliance, investor suitability and regulated communications.
  • Series 7 experience is essential; applicants must hold or have held it within the past 5 years.

Job description

Base salary, uncapped monthly incentive compensation, annual bonus consideration and comprehensive benefits.


Blayze Group is partnering with a growing real estate investment firm to appoint a Vice President of Capital Raising.


This is a senior, hands-on producer role. More than 70% of the position will focus on personally raising capital from accredited and high-net-worth investors, with the remainder focused on sales leadership and helping scale the firm’s capital-raising platform.


The Role



  • Personally originate, develop and close new investor relationships

  • Raise capital across real estate private placements and alternative investment offerings

  • Build relationships with HNW investors, RIAs, wealth managers, family offices and referral partners

  • Lead investor presentations, meetings, follow-up and closing discussions

  • Manage and convert a personal investor pipeline

  • Mentor sales professionals and establish effective processes, KPIs and CRM standards

  • Maintain accurate, professional and compliant investor communications


Requirements
