Position: Full-Time Vice President of Business Development

Location: Southwest Market

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas areas and beyond. The ideal candidate has prior experience in Senior Living and Healthcare dining services. Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

The Vice President of Business Development will ensure NEXDINE’s commitments to our clients and customers are met while seeking out new business opportunities with prospective clients that share our vision and values. Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet sales quotas
  • Establish a territory management plan to identify and manage new opportunities
  • Manage and grow a database of prospects and activities
  • Develop financial proformas, proposals, and presentations
  • Travel as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, preferably within senior living and healthcare dining services
  • In-depth knowledge of current dining trends
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • P&L management and financial analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Self-driven “hunter” mentality with strong prospecting skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must reside within the assigned territory
