$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

A real estate private equity firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced associate to join their Business Development team as a Senior Associate. This role follows a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement targeted outreach strategies to attract new investors to the firm.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with prospective investors through consistent communication and engagement.
  • Assist in the organization of investor meetings, roadshows, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Support daily capital raising activities, including coordinating fund closings, onboarding new investors, responding to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and maintaining data rooms.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communications for current and potential investors.
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Manage the firm’s website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns to support investor acquisition efforts.
  • Perform other duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • At least 4 to 10 years of relevant experience within Real Estate, Private Equity, or related industries.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in managing CRM platforms and utilizing data to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proven ability to identify and engage new investors.
  • Knowledge of real estate financial modeling and investment analysis is a plus.
