Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of progressive fundraising experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience with donor management and CRM systems (Donor Perfect, Bloomerang, Salesforce).
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally to support donor engagement and events.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance to travel to multiple sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and leadership.
• Partner with the President & CEO and CFO to set annual philanthropic revenue goals.
• Develop and evaluate fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors across individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners.
• Collaborate with the Board and Community Engagement Committee to foster partnerships and donor engagement.
• Lead annual giving campaigns, capital campaigns, sponsorships, and other fundraising efforts.
• Represent the organization in the community as an ambassador for its mission and impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, foundation, and community partners to secure philanthropic support and strengthen long-term donor relationships.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors, including the Community Engagement Committee, to foster community partnerships, enhance donor engagement, and advance fundraising and organizational priorities.
• Lead and support annual giving campaigns, capital campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and other fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals and expand community support.
• Represent the organization within the community, serving as an ambassador for its mission, programs, and impact while cultivating relationships with donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
