FirstService Residential seeks a Vice President, Master Planned Communities to lead all community management business efforts across the unit. The role reports to the President, Master Planned Communities and oversees property management teams, driving growth and performance with a strong culture of accountability.
The VP will build and mentor Regional Directors and Community Association Managers, cultivate relationships with Boards, and partner with BD to expand services across markets.
