Role Overview:
As a strategic partner to executive leadership, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals. This includes shaping brand identity, driving product innovation, overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, and ensuring a data-driven approach to growth and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define marketing vision, goals, and budgets in alignment with the credit union’s mission. Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement department strategy, policies, and programs.
- Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence:
- Direct the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, website optimization, and messaging. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely updates and performance tracking.
- Data & Insights:
- Use analytics to understand member behavior and market trends. Apply data to refine campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and improve ROI.
- Product Strategy & Development:
- Lead product development from ideation through launch. Partner cross-functionally to align products with market needs and monitor post-launch performance.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and evolve the organization’s brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, with a focus on messaging, visuals, and audience alignment.
- Community Engagement:
- Lead community outreach and financial literacy efforts to grow membership and deepen engagement with targeted groups.
- Compliance:
- Ensure department adherence to BSA, AML, CIP, CDD, and SAFE Act policies. Oversee training and compliance procedures for all team members.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
- Proven success in multi-channel campaign execution and brand development.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing tools; MCIF experience preferred.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and KPIs.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Positive, professional, and results-driven approach to team and vendor interactions.
