Position: Vice President, Major Projects

You will lead the Americas Outage and Maintenance Services (AOMS) Major Projects Business unit. As a key member of the AOMS Leadership team, you will be responsible for executing major projects at customer-owned nuclear power plants from Inquiry to Remittance, and for establishing and maintaining customer and partner relationships.

This role reports to the President of AOMS and is a remote position based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop business strategies to capture and execute large installation/upgrade projects over $25M in the Nuclear Steam Supply and Balance of Plant sectors.
2. Lead a team supporting a Business Unit dedicated to managing large field projects.
3. Oversee project execution in partnership with the Westinghouse Project Management Office to ensure successful delivery.
4. Cultivate partnerships to ensure capabilities meet contractual requirements.
5. Collaborate with Global Market and Commercial teams to maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
6. Apply Value Stream methodology for efficient service and project delivery.
7. Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) data to balance capacity and demand.
8. Maintain market intelligence and pipeline data to position Westinghouse as a key player in nuclear fleet upgrades in the Americas.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing projects of increasing scale; 15+ years preferred.
3. 5 years of executive leadership experience in the Nuclear Power Industry.
4. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
5. Demonstrated Business Unit (P&L) leadership experience.
6. Practitioner in Lean Management with a proven track record of applying Lean Principles.
