Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a senior Investment Analyst to lead financial evaluation, diligence, and strategy for acquisitions and partnerships. You will build operating models, prepare executive-ready analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Fanatics platform.
The role requires strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus 4+ years in financial analysis or investment banking. Partial telecommuting is allowed with on-site work at NY offices as needed.

Lead process to identify, evaluate and negotiate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities across multiple business areas, including commerce, collectibles, and gaming; Lead financial and strategic analysis to assess business models, growth opportunities, risks, and potential value creation; Oversee creation of financial models and forecasts, including operating models, valuation analyses, and scenario and sensitivity analysis; Lead diligence activities with business partners, cross functional teams and external advisors by gathering, reviewing, and synthesizing financial, operational, and commercial information; Prepare written summaries, analyses, and presentation materials to communicate findings, assumptions, and recommendations to executive leadership; Support transaction documentation (in partnership with legal counsel) and drive internal approval processes and stakeholder decision making; Monitor market, industry, and competitor trends using financial and market research tools to support strategic decision-making; Build and maintain relationships with companies, founders, investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity sponsors and industry advisors; Assist and lead strategic finance and corporate initiatives as needed based on organizational priorities; Mentor and train junior team members. Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site at 95 Morton Street, New York, NY 10014 when not telecommuting. Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 per year.
Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 4 years of professional experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or any occupation, job title, or position performing financial analysis, valuation, and transaction diligence including investment banking.
