Job summary

Red Cell Partners, LLC. seeks a Vice President of Investor Relations to drive fund expansion in a fast-moving, technology-focused incubation firm.

You will work with senior leadership on investor communications, capital strategy, and ecosystem partnerships to scale disruptive ventures. The role emphasizes building a robust investor network, leading fundraising efforts with UHNW and institutional investors, and managing LPCRM systems while collaborating across the firm to advance capital

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations and capital raising.
• Ability to articulate Red Cell’s strategy, value proposition, model and metrics.
• Strong conceptual, quantitative and analytical skills; think like an investor.
• High integrity with ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive firm-wide fundraising strategy.
• Present the firm’s mission, strategy, funds and performance to stakeholders.
• Strengthen the firm’s ecosystem connectivity with key strategic partners.
• Lead execution of the firm’s Annual General Meeting.
• Own and manage the firm’s LPCRM system.
