Job summary

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to drive fundraising and investor communications for our fast-moving venture capital practice. You will work with the Practice President to shape messaging, prepare updates, and engage UHNW and institutional investors.

In this role you will lead investor reporting, strengthen ecosystem connections, and own the LPCRM system while helping expand our funds.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations and capital raising from UHNW and institutional investors.
• Experience executing highly professionalized investor reporting and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Work with firm partners to develop and drive firm-wide fundraising strategy.
• Lead existing investor reporting & engagement as the primary point of contact.
• Present the firm’s mission, strategy, funds & performance to stakeholders.
• Strengthen the firm’s ecosystem connectivity with key strategic partners.
• Lead execution on the firm’s Annual General Meeting.
• Own and manage the firm’s LP CRM system.

We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to help drive and support our fund expansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm’s capital raising efforts for our funds. In this role,you will collaborate with the firm’s senior team members on all investor relations, fundraising, and ecosystem activation efforts. We are looking for a builder and super-connector who is eager to work in a fast-moving, dynamic firm pioneering a new approach to building a fund manager that helps scale disruptive, technology-led businesses.
