Job summary

HP is seeking a Vice President, Engineering Engagement to define and lead a new vision for delivering software and platform engineering capabilities as internal services to HP product teams. • Proven ability to define and implement software/platform engineering service delivery models for internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate persuasively to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
• Build and develop a high-performing Engineering Engagement leadership team.
• Define stakeholder engagement model and serve as the single front door for internal service requests.
• Oversee end-to-end relationship with internal product and business stakeholders for software and platform engineering services.
• Establish clear engagement and escalation paths for stakeholder alignment and value delivery.
• Own service delivery frameworks including SLAs, contracts, and governance for scalable delivery.
• Provide leadership in intake, prioritization, and delivery models to enable scalable execution.
• Lead internal product management and portfolio prioritization for services and ensure alignment with priorities.
