Job summary

HP is seeking a Vice President, Engineering Engagement within the CTO, Software organization to define a new vision and operating model for delivering software and platform engineering services to HP product teams. This leader will oversee the full product lifecycle from intake to value realization, ensuring high internal customer success.

The role requires proven executive-level communication, broad engineering leadership, and the ability to scale shared capabilities across global business

Qualifications

• Experience at VP level in a large company.
• 15+ years in technology/product management with leadership.
• Proven ability to define internal software/service delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication at senior executive level.
• Knowledge of AI ecosystems and industry trends.
• Collaborative, cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Engagement organization and act as single front door for internal service requests.
• Oversee end-to-end relationship with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Define engagement, escalation paths and service delivery frameworks.
• Lead internal product management and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop customer success strategies with metrics.
• Build executive relationships to align capabilities with enterprise priorities.
