Kaufman Hall is seeking a Vice President, Innovation & Insights to lead the development and operation of a new enterprise capability focused on disciplined innovation and growth strategy.

The role requires establishing governance, managing the portfolio lifecycle, and advising executive leadership on investment priorities, partnerships, and growth opportunities to drive long-term market leadership.

Formación

• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Innovation & Growth portfolio governance and accountability.
• Manage end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from idea to scale or closure.
• Build portfolio management processes including intake, prioritization, and stage-gate reviews.
• Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities through structured assessment and decision-making.
• Partner with Practice Leaders and executives to develop business cases and align priorities.
