Job summary

Kaufman Hall seeks a Vice President, Innovation & Insights to lead a new enterprise capability advancing growth through disciplined innovation and portfolio management. You will guide evaluation, decision-making, pilot execution, and scaling, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and practice leaders.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong project leadership, business-case development, and ability to drive accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, transformation, or related strategic leadership roles.
• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Innovation & Growth portfolio governance, processes, and accountability for evaluation and prioritization of opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio lifecycle from idea to business case, pilot, and scale.
• Develop and maintain portfolio governance forums and executive reporting.
