Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead ideation, incubation, and scaling of new products, services, and ventures.
• Establish and manage innovation labs, accelerators, and incubators.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.).
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage portfolio, funding, and measure ROI of initiatives.
