  • Build a high-performing technology organization with a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee vendor strategy, contract negotiations and service-level performance across the division’s technology portfolio.
  • Develop annual property technology budgets detailing both, operating and capital budgets.
  • Support due diligence and integration planning for new hotels, acquisitions, management agreements, renovations, and brand or franchise technology requirements.
  • Ensure reliable day-to-day technology operations and responsive support for properties, the corporate office, associates and guests.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology, business, or equivalent executive experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios, capital and operating budgets and executive communications.
  • Executive presence with excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence, build trusted relationships, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented business.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with all policies, procedures, security expectations, and values of Marcus Hotels & Resorts and The Marcus Corporation.
