Job summary

The role as Vice President for Human Resources provides strategic leadership across HR functions, reporting to the President and integrating with the Machining HR management team. Travel within the US is required.

Qualifications

About the job

As Vice President for Human Resources, you provide strategic leadership across key HR functions and drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture. You're part of the GWS management team and the Machining HR management team, reporting to the President.

Job responsibilities

The team

You lead the HR team and oversee its daily workflow, development, and delivery. Close collaboration with the GWS management team, the Machining HR management team, executive leadership and divisional leaders is an important part of your work.
