Job summary

GWS Tool Group seeks an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead our People Strategy and align talent, culture, and organizational capabilities with strategic objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and help shape a high‑performing organization.

You will direct HR programs, develop the HR team, and partner with executives on organizational development, benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
