Job Description :

As the Vice President of Growth across WideOrbit's local & network product portfolio, you are responsible for driving revenue growth, developing innovative pricing strategies, and ensuring the company remains competitive in the marketplace. This role involves scaling and / or aligning the sales organization, collaborating with product and professional services teams to align offerings with market demand, and managing performance metrics to meet financial goals. The VP of Growth will continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies, ensuring the company's success in an evolving landscape. You'll use your deep media industry knowledge to lead the sales organization with accountability for financial performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing senior level issues with our customers.

Here is what success will look like :

  • Work closely with the SVP, Global Sales to ensure visibility across the sales organization.
  • Lead revenue growth efforts and meet or exceed defined sales targets.
  • Be responsible for sales for our 'core' products and WideOrbit's aligned, but defined, product initiatives.
  • Have oversight of pipeline ensuring accuracy and forecasting within + / -5%
  • Be accountable for the WideOrbit Sales & Marketing creation ratio, accounting for sales metrics for QBR's and annual planning, SVP of Global Sales and CRO.
  • Work in tandem with the VP, Marketing on marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other sales leadership to ensure global accuracy.
  • Collaborate on GTM strategies working with revenue operations, product, professional services & marketing to ensure successful launch of 'core' product and aligned initiatives.
  • Partner with revenue operations, develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze competitor behavior and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Scale and manage the sales organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and optimize sales ratios, ensuring performance is in line with company goals and initiatives.

To thrive in this role, we're looking for :

  • Ability to work closely with the SVP, Global Sales to ensure visibility across the sales organization.
  • 8+ years of people management experience; 4+ years of Senior level management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (M.S. and / or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior revenue-focused role within the media technology industry.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in local media and network-from pricing and planning to traffic and billing, with an understanding of the broader media "ecosystem".
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing various levels of sales talent for growth and optimization to drive team performance.
  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking skills with ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for technology and its application in solving financial challenges.
  • Familiarity with WideOrbit lead generation to close-won process inclusive of approvals, contracts, and financial elements is a plus.

Location : This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote / Telecommute will also be considered.

Pay Range : $160,000 - $200,000

Compensation :

The compensation range listed, and general description of other compensation and benefits will apply to this position. Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills. WideOrbit reserves the right to pay more or less than the salary and benefit information posted.
