Job Description: Growth Leader at Brown and Caldwell

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Growth Leader to support Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) operations in the Western U.S. This role requires knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and BC's brand, with a focus on achieving sales growth objectives. The leader will collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and implement strategies that expand BC's profitable IPD portfolio, aligning with established processes and practices.

The position offers remote work flexibility and is ideally located near BC offices in Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco, Seattle, Honolulu, Denver, or Dallas.

Expectations and Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the annual IPD business plan, achieving performance metrics aligned with growth objectives.
  2. Serve as Client Service Manager and Sales Leader for top clients, enhancing win rates and training sales teams.
  3. Establish connectivity with Client Service Managers to inform positioning strategies.
  4. Lead project delivery as Project Manager or Principal in Charge, ensuring project success.
  5. Partner with IPD Enterprise to enhance contractor relationships.
  6. Share knowledge on market trends and lessons learned across teams.
  7. Co-lead monthly IPD calls to drive actionable outcomes.
  8. Foster talent development and promote diversity in IPD projects.
  9. Implement partnership strategies with operational teams to align resources with client priorities.
  10. Support BC's brand elevation through engagement in key opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Degree in engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years' experience in collaborative delivery projects with major clients.
  • Proven track record in sales, pursuit strategies, and converting pursuits into wins.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
  • Existing contractor market links and successful business development history.
  • DBIA certification or commitment to obtain it.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Decisiveness in risk and uncertainty management.
  • Background in relationship-based sales and proposal development.
  • Understanding of political landscape impacts on growth strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges vary by location:
Location A: $161,000 - 221,000
Location B: $177,000 - 243,000
Location C: $193,000 - 265,000
