Digitas is looking for a Vice President/Group Director, MarTech Strategist to help clients turn marketing technology and AI investments into measurable business value. This is a consulting role and, in this role, you will be deployed into client organizations to assess what they have, design what they need, build the case for the investment, and then help their people actually adopt it.
You will work across marketing, technology, data, operations, and experience teams to identify where AI and
automation can improve how work gets done, where human judgment matters most, and how new capabilities should be governed, measured, and adopted.
You are a strong fit if you bring consulting depth, product judgment, MarTech fluency, executive communication skills, change leadership, and enough technical understanding to partner effectively with solution architects and engineering teams. The best people in this role are equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with a CTO, a technical evaluation with a platform vendor, and a working session with the team whose daily jobs are about to change.
