Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct lending or credit support with focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational, time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong credibility and partnership with senior business and control partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new government clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with product specialists across Treasury, Public Finance, Securities Trading, and Asset Management and Leasing.
• Champion a culture of customer-centric mind-set and drive client value.
• Identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships within the government banking space.
