Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Vice President-level Sales Analytics Manager to design and deliver sales performance intelligence across Citi's global client franchise.

You will own analytical frameworks, data methodologies, and self-serve capabilities to empower senior leaders with actionable insights. You will collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source, validate, and synthesize metrics, while building AI-assisted dashboards with the Mumbai team to enable self-serve

Qualifications

• Design clear, intuitive data visualizations for senior audiences.
• Define analytical methodologies for recurring reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Source, integrate and synthesize data from multiple teams and systems.
• Collaborate across finance, client coverage and data functions to align metrics.
• Build self-serve analytics capabilities and dashboards; automate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly Sales Productivity Metrics design and delivery.
• Develop client value methodologies across regions and markets.
• Consolidate direct client feedback into actionable intelligence.
• Create a monthly Client One Pager for Citi's largest clients.
