Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting seeks a Back Vice President - FP&A to lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning for a PE-backed SaaS company in the Boston area. You will report to the CFO and manage a small FP&A team, driving forecasting, budgeting, and board-level presentations.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in FP&A within SaaS/FinTech, strong modeling, and stakeholder influence across functions. Hybrid in-office schedule with Boston local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Monitor business performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.

PE backed SaaS company in the greater Boston area is seeking a Vice President FP&A to lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning activity. This role will report into the CFO and manage a small team. We are targeting candidates with 12+ years of FP&A experience working in the SaaS or FinTech industry.

COMP: $250--275k Base + Bonus + Equity
