Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive strategic insights.
• Own financial workstreams for M&A, including diligence, valuation, and integration.
• Oversee IT strategy and governance, enabling digital transformation and scalability.
• Coordinate legal and governance processes with external counsel.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives with urgency, clarity, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial tech.
• Deep M&A expertise, including deal execution and integration.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Private equity experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and Board‑level presentation skills.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
