###**What we do:**As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $140.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $845.3 in non-discretionary assets as of June 30, 2025.**The Opportunity:**The Vice President, Executive Compensation Lead is responsible for managing global executive rewards programs and related platforms. In this role, you will ensure that the company executive compensation programs are consistently administered and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
