Job summary

SAPinsider is seeking a Vice President of Content Programs to lead the strategic development of session content, panels and keynote speakers for SAP-focused events globally. You will guide research, recruit top speakers, and manage a cross‑functional team of event programmers working with Editorial and Marketing to drive compelling program experiences.

You will leverage AI to identify speakers, craft session descriptions, and build engaging content frameworks, while ensuring alignment with SAP

Job description

SAPinsider manages the largest global SAP B2B enterprise technology events in the world attracting 1,000s of paid attendees to each event. The hallmark of SAPinsider events is the depth of content, quality of speakers and interactive sessions at each event.

SAPinsider events have up to 300 educational and experiential sessions in each event. SAPinsider leverages deep research first process in developing the ideal content for each event program. You will be responsible for the overall content programs and speaker selection for each event and summit across the globe.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Lead SAP continuous research panel process on topics for our SAPinsider events including SAP ERP Cloud Migration, AI Adoption, BTP, Security, Data and Industry Adoption.
• Own the strategy and vision for all SAPinsider event content programs, interactive sessions and keynote speakers.
• Manage a team of global event programmers working with our Research and Editorial teams in developing compelling and forward positioned event programs.
• Work with event marketing to assure that all content topics, sessions and speakers are effectively promoted driving awareness for the events.
• You understand the content; you speak native SAP ERP and enterprise technology trends and solutions.
• Build deep relationships with speakers across the SAPinsider Expert community of over 9,000 content contributors.
• Leverage AI agents to identify, engage and manage all speakers with strong communications and continuous relationships with speakers before, during and after events.
• Leverage AI to build program frameworks, including writing compelling event session descriptions, identifying and recruiting speakers, reviewing presentations and developing interactive content experiences for attendees.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Deep SAP ERP and Enterprise Technology understanding.
• 10+ years of relevant event programming experience with strong preference for experience in developing programming panels and content for educational conferences.
• Proven experience with building deep educational event agendas with 100s of individual sessions and immersive experiences.
• Keen ability to target and recruit compelling speakers for each event.
• Adept at speaker acquisition, conference programming, and coordinating multiple sessions/tracks.

As Vice President you will enjoy a competitive base salary, event specific growth bonuses and an annual incentive bonus program with on target earnings of $250,000 uncapped.
