Job summary
The NCAA in Indianapolis seeks a Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Risk to lead enterprise‑wide visibility of financial, operational, and reputational risk, focusing on litigation, regulatory, and business risk. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (J.D., MBA, or related).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience assessing and managing enterprise risks.
- Deep expertise in financial risk modeling, scenario analyses, and dashboards for executives.
- Experience advising senior executives and boards on strategic, legal, financial, or regulatory risk matters.
- Strong understanding of legal cost drivers, risk financing, and insurance structures.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for NCAA's strategic risk agenda across litigation, regulatory, and business functions.
- Identify, assess, and monitor legal, regulatory, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Maintain risk dashboards and present scenarios and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management Control Group.
