Job summary

Techno Consult is seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Vice President of Engineering Design to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary design programs across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure projects in the New York area.

You will lead design teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while supporting business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering design leadership in consulting or infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex design projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, project delivery, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, or similar software.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with public infrastructure projects and agency standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $200,000/yr-$225,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
