Techno Consult Engineering, PC is seeking a Transportation Leader to drive strategic growth across New Jersey and the Philadelphia region. This executive role focuses on building relationships with public agencies, seeking major transportation opportunities, and aligning firm capabilities with market needs.

You will cultivate partnerships with NJDOT, NJ Transit, and other agencies, lead capture strategies, and represent the firm at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth within transportation or infrastructure in the AEC industry.
• Established relationships with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
• Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $200,000/yr-$225,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
