We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to usher in a game-changing greenfield product. You'll have an Engineering Manager reporting to you, who manages a team of six software engineers. You'll organize the new product's roadmap, launch the product, and grow the team, with a product that has the potential to bring in unprecedented growth and industry disruption.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage a diverse team of software engineers and foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement through coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear measurable outcomes
2. Have an expert understanding of modern software development lifecycle using scalable Agile, including experience with CI/CD frameworks
3. Be responsible for owning, prioritizing and executing the product roadmap
4. Manage relationships with key partnerships
5. Act as the product and technical owner of the end-to-end product
6. Gather and define product and software requirements and translate them into technical specifications
7. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in code quality, performance, and security
8. Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies that can enhance the product and engineering processes
9. Liaise with cross-functional teams including other engineering teams, design, and customer support to ensure alignment on customer-facing changes
10. Own the operational processes on your team

What You'll Bring:

1. 10+ years of experience leading product-oriented engineering teams
2. Experience with UI technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL
3. Experience with SQL and database concepts
4. Experience with backend distributed systems and big data
5. Ability to contribute to architectural decisions
6. Experience working with UI/UX designers
7. Exceptional people skills – mentoring, guiding, scaling, & delegating
8. Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
9. Ability to contribute tactically and strategically
10. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities
11. Preferred: Founder or early stage startup experience
12. Preferred: AdTech experience
