• Serving as the lead in accounting overseeing all aspects of technical and operational accounting
• Manage a large team of direct and indirect personnel
• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team across the business
• Lead M&A integration and organizational scaling initiatives
• Drive process, systems, controls, and operational improvements
