Serve as the day-to-day global communications lead for Global Wealth & Retirement at Carlyle. This role is responsible for driving global messaging, leading media relations, and overseeing conference communications strategy to enhance the visibility and positioning of the business. The individual will partner closely with regional communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency across markets, while serving as a trusted advisor to the business. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the global wealth and retirement space, with established relationships across top-tier, emerging, and industry-specific media, as well as the global wealth and retirement conference circuit.
In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000.
