Vice President, Consumer Insights & Analytics
Reports to: SVP Enterprise Strategy, Insights & Technology
The VP of Consumer Insights & Analytics is a key contributor to enterprise decision-making through deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, markets, and business performance. This role is being created to further the enterprise’s evolution toward a consumer-first mindset.
The role brings an external, objective perspective that shapes where the company chooses to play, how it wins, and where it invests. You are not just a reporter of data; you are a predictive strategist who helps the SVP Enterprise Strategy & CEO see around corners. The mandate extends beyond leading research to influencing how Honest operates by integrating consumer understanding, marketplace dynamics, and commercial performance across the enterprise.

The pay range for this role is $235,000 – $274,000. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
