Job summary

Celldex is seeking to lead and build its Commercial Finance organization to support the first product launch and future growth in the biopharma sector. Based onsite in Hampton, NJ, you will partner with Commercial leadership to develop strategies, processes, systems, and team capabilities for FP&A, revenue forecasting, gross-to-net analytics, pricing, contracting, and government pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 15+ years in biotech/pharma finance with leadership and product launch experience.
• Experience in Commercial FP&A, revenue and GTN forecasting, pricing, contracting, and government pricing programs.
• Advanced degrees (MBA/CPA) preferred; experience with specialty distribution models and physician-administered products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Commercial leadership, developing FP&A processes and scalable frameworks.
• Lead financial analysis for launch readiness, commercial performance, and cross-functional strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Develop frameworks supporting indications, products, and pipeline expansion.
