Next Frontier Capital is seeking a senior leader to own analytics and risk monitoring for credit/collections within Cards. You will translate complex data into practical guidance that informs senior leadership and shapes strategy.

You’ll develop MIS dashboards, deliver timely insights, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams. The role demands rigorous thinking, independence, and a track record of improving risk disciplines in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, OR similar).
• Minimum 7 years of professional analytics experience supporting business strategy, risk, or performance management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute end-to-end analyses with strong critical thinking.
• Proven experience applying statistical and data-mining techniques to identify trends and explain outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into concise, executive-ready conclusions.
• Experience producing risk/performance monitoring outputs like reports, scorecards, KPI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders at varying seniority.
• Track record of independent work, sound judgment, and delivery with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative, influencing across teams to drive data-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics to measure, evaluate, and challenge key collections performance.
• Identify emerging trends using statistical and data-mining methods.
• Analyze collections data to deliver diagnostics and opportunities for strategy and process improvement.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to isolate performance drivers.
• Generate actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare risk monitoring materials and performance narratives for senior management.
• Present findings to management with clarity and confidence.
• Lead design and delivery of MIS dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Partner across functions to align definitions and monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and macro signals to improve risk processes.
• Drive adoption of new tools to enhance analytical delivery.
