Job summary

You will partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Translational Medicine, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance oncology programs,

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Fellowship training in hematology/oncology or related oncology specialty.
• Approx. 5+ years of clinical development experience in biotech/pharma.
• Hands-on medical monitor/clinical study physician experience in oncology.
• Experience with design, conduct and interpretation of oncology trials.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for REM-422 clinical development and strategy.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Contribute to protocol design including endpoints and biomarker strategy.
• Draft and review clinical documents: protocols, ICFs, CSRs, and safety narratives.
• Oversee safety data review and ongoing clinical governance activities.
• Collaborate with operations to support site selection and enrollment.
