We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP II to join our Program & Project Management team. This role is located in Pune – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Contributes to the backlog by capturing stories requirements aligned to the programs roadmap.
• Owns one or multiple Change Requests, resulting in an adequate Change Request requirements to be delivered through the programs lifecycle.
• Ensures requirements are easily explained/understood and focus on delivering client, technology & business value.
• Works with Risk, compliance, Policy Interpretation team and legal to validate stories requirements where needed.
• Builds domain knowledge in the business topic and in the technology/operational environments.
• Becomes an expert in the process he/she is assigned to, a key contract for the related functionality.
• Challenges the business and operations with innovative ideas/models/perspectives.
