Job summary

Horizon Infusions is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Vice President, Business Operations to help scale a rapidly growing infusion services platform backed by Rubicon Founders.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leader will oversee corporate business operations, including project management, intake, IT and pharmacy manufacturer partnerships while building the operational infrastructure needed to support regional and national growth.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in healthcare or private equity-backed organizations.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or specialty pharmacy environments preferred.
• Strong project management, process optimization, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to act as strategic executive and hands-on builder in a high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and corporate operations across multiple functions.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Oversee IT and technology strategy, patient intake workflows, and CRM implementation.
• Lead product development projects, including building a specialty pharmacy.

Horizon Infusions is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Vice President, Business Operations to help scale a rapidly growing infusion services platform backed by Rubicon Founders. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leader will oversee corporate business operations, including project management, intake, IT and pharmacy manufacturer partnerships while building the operational infrastructure needed to support regional and national growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and corporate operations across multiple functions
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Oversee IT and technology strategy, patient intake workflows, and CRM implementation
• Lead key product development projects, including the build-out of a specialty pharmacy
• Build and lead high-performing teams while establishing KPIs and operational rigor
• Partner with executive leadership, the Board, and investors to support growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Senior operations leadership experience in a private equity-backed healthcare organization
• Experience in senior operational roles within the ambulatory infusion and/or specialty pharmacy industries
• Strong project management, process optimization, and team leadership experience
• Ability to operate as both a strategic executive, functional leader, and independent hands-on builder in a high-growth environment
