Grand Rapids State Bank seeks a Vice President - Business Banking to lead new and existing commercial lending relationships. You will interview clients, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate terms within policy, while growing the bank's loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Minimum five years of commercial lending experience; ten+ years preferred.
• Salary range of $80,000–$100,000 annually.

Provide Support to Other Employees as Necessary

• Open and close bank as scheduled, following security guidelines and ensuring employees are prepared for customers

Education & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred
• Minimum two years post-high school degree or equivalent certification

Minimum Experience

• A minimum of five years of commercial lending experience is required with ten or more years of commercial lending experience preferred

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending upon experience
