Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Analysis Manager within the CAO Business Practices & Oversight team in Columbus.

You will lead the Skill Development and Analytics function, owning onboarding and knowledge-sharing forums while delivering analytics that turn operational data into actionable insights for leaders. You will coach the team, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple partners.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of experience in business management or related field.
• Three plus years of experience leading employees or project teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into executable plans and lead teams through change and ambiguity.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for concise executive-level messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Skill Development and Analytics team, setting strategic direction and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for employee development and analytics.
• Oversee onboarding experience including resource center, journey, and content governance.
• Direct the CAO Expertise Exchange and knowledge-sharing forums, including planning and speaker engagement.
• Lead analytics solutions transforming data into actionable insights and leadership decisions.
• Define scope, requirements, ownership, milestones, and governance for initiatives.
• Use reporting to assess demand, delivery, quality, cycle time, and impact.
• Develop executive-ready updates and decision materials communicating progress and risks.
• Build partnerships across Business Banking and CAO to align needs with resources.
• Develop team procedures, cross-training, backup coverage, and knowledge-management.
