Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership with ad hoc reporting and robust monthly reporting at the practice and provider levels.
• Coach and lead a team of Financial Analysts.
• Educate leadership on financial concepts and assist with pro forma or other projects with a financial component.
• Oversee analysis of spending, variance, and revenue; prepare statistical reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and reconcile modules with core financial systems.
