Voya Financial is seeking a hands-on Applied AI and Engineering leader to accelerate practical AI adoption across Investment Management. You will bridge AI engineering, data science, and business technology teams, guiding scalable AI solutions and reusable assets across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with business partners, and ensure production-ready AI capabilities that improve workflows and outcomes while aligning with the firm's strategic priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology, data science, AI, analytics, software engineering, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years of leadership managing technical teams or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience delivering AI/analytics solutions into production.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI engineering, automation, and modern software delivery.
