Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years of nonprofit management, development, alumni relations, or similar field.
• Experience leading staff, budgeting, and working with faculty/senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief architect of alumni and community experiences, deepen belonging and engagement.
• Develop and execute an integrated strategy aligned with campaign goals and university priorities.
• Lead organizational change, build talent, and drive data-informed decision making.
• Oversee programs in alumni relations, stewardship, annual giving, communications, and events.
