Job summary

The University of Chicago Advancement is seeking an Assistant Director, Alumni and Volunteer Experience to provide essential operational and administrative support for the Women’s Board and alumni volunteer programs. You will manage data, coordinate committees, and support fundraising operations, ensuring programs align with Advancement goals.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree.
Minimum two to five years of related experience in nonprofit management, alumni relations, or development.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides operational support for the Volunteer Experience team and Women’s Board events, membership operations, and data management.
Builds professional relationships with Women’s Board members through calls, email, and events.
Executes volunteer engagement strategies and maintains volunteer ethics and intake processes.
Supports planning and execution of Women's Board grant funds and Alumni Awards program, including records and timelines.
Maintains accurate data and prepares reports and analyses to inform decisions.
