The Assistant Vice President of Advancement Data & Technology at PSU Foundation leads strategy, systems, and analytics powering fundraising and engagement efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, IT, data analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of leadership experience in fundraising, advancement services, data management, BI, IT, analytics, or related function.
• Five years of people leadership experience managing technical or cross-functional teams.
• Four years of experience in fundraising, advancement, or nonprofit environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and cloud-based tools; ability to leverage emerging technologies.
• Commitment to an inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for data, analytics, reporting, systems, and technology functions.
• Define how data, tech, and analytics should support campaign execution and donor engagement.
• Oversee department priorities and resource allocation across data management, analytics, BI, systems, IT operations, and user support.
• Provide strategic oversight for enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Establish data governance standards and adoption practices in partnership with peers.
• Advise on emerging trends and when to invest in new tools or capabilities.
• Ensure benchmarking initiatives and insights inform planning and performance.
